It was a merit to be clean in Middle Age in Iceland, because it is very cold. In Europe we think that Scandinavian people is very profound. It takes me one day or more to comprehend a Finland joke, seriously. North people is deep.
Aaoiue, I'll give you that our sense of humour is different. It's not something that everyone appreciates or gets, but I wouldn't trade it in for the world. It's what keeps us sane in a harsh climate. As for being deep, that comes from too much brooding in the dark.
Hi Nomad. No sense in getting the dash on fate. No ma'am. What I absolutely (double underline), adore though is that bit of architecture in the photo - - that roof! I want one on a log cabin! I've always wanted a Japanese temple roof over my house...but I think this is a roof to compete.
Fool, It has always been my dream to have a house in this style in the middle of a field covered with wild flowers. Ah, to dream. And yes, fate will come when its time is nigh.
I appreciate Scandinavian humour very much, take it for granted.

This reminds me of what Z said a couple of years ago when she was 9, "Always turn with a smile because you don't know when someone has a camera". It is true about being ready for the day. I try to get washed up and put on makeup in case someone stops by or I have to run to the store for something.
