A delightful scene captured so beautifully and indeed we are in need of such 'Peaceful Meditations' long may they continue

Actually when I laugh too much I get side pains.

Just kidding.

Steffi, Thanks so much and I'm glad you like the picture. It was taken in Germany...if you didn't notice.

Peter, May peace long continue. Something we all can use.

Burdock Boy, Sometimes my sides ache from laughing too much too...but it's a good pain.

I like the idea of "all things in moderation... including moderation" :-D

Tracey, Is it possible to have too much chocolate? I highly doubt it.

Guilty, You have a point.

I like that idea... but somehow balance seems important too :)

Beautiful picture, btw

Carla said...

Chani, Of course, balance is very important...for me I think that's where the moderation comes in.

I was trying to think of a 3rd thing to add to your list, but can't! You are right...love and laughter!

I love the detail in the photo. Oh to laugh as a child, long and hard. Does good for the soul as does love.

Carla said...

Envoy-ette, Everything else is just icing if you have those two things.

Annie, So true, we can always use more of that.

Carla said...

Dawn, I think it would really do us all good to try to hold onto that child.

And I don't even have a smart ass remark for that quote. It's simple brilliance...

VE, Nothing funny to say? I'm stunned. That must be a first.

Didn't you forget the chocolate, by any chance?
Good night and good luck.

Fede, It was getting late. I'll have it for breakfast.
