Aimless Drifting

You have splintered my soul.
I reach out and try to hold on,
As you silently slip beyond my reach.
Erratically I drift in a sea of chaos.

I sure hope this isn't a reflection of current affairs, Nomad. It's hard to imagine a splintered soul behind that smile. May faith carry you through. Been there:

as i near the center of the maelstrom
i find there is nothing to hold on to

letting go in the face of Charybdis
i can only concede to the currents

Take care.

Is this criptic?

Fool, A smile can mask even the most tormented of souls. The only true window into the state of our being is the eyes, but even then some of us are quite adept at keeping the curtains drawn.

Tracey, With me always a bit cryptic.

May you find the full measure of love and laughter you deserve in this life, Nomad. You're a beautiful soul.

Peace to you at this time...

Tracey, Thanks for the heads up. I'll check it out.

Fool, Thanks. It's just an odd little phase. I'll move through it. Peace to you as well.

Barely have the time to rest, but apparently I made a wise decision to pay a short visit here today. It was worth it. For a instant things made sense, the tension was gone. Now I am back in the chaos but the aftertaste is still there. Send more vibes.
Good night and good luck.

Fede, Hopefully the frantic business lets up at some point. Chaotic as life gets, it's good to try to stay grounded.
