The Intangible

Absence is to love as wind is to fire; It extinguishes the small. It enkindles the great.

What a beautiful picture. We use to have clover of that color, lavender and white in our yard growing up. I loved to chew on it.

;o)

Jillie, Perhaps that's a universal thing...I loved to chew on clover too.

That's why I told my brother to come and visit me alone (in August) without his girlfriend, from whom he had broken up only 10 days before the departure. But, guess what: she had already bought the ticket and she talked him into doing the travel together to figure out how many chances their story could have had. My brother, who is so much of a good fella as an inexperienced inhabitant of this planet, agreed because she was too important to him. He acted against the common sense and his big brother advices. He could have spend some time far away to cool things off. And guess what, they both came over, I slept for ten days on the floor to let them use my queen (to rebuild the relationship...) and when back in Italy she dumped him in less that 2 days after landing. She really wanted to use her ticket!
Life is beautiful!
;-)
Good night and good luck.

Sirdar, Are they? I hope so.

Dan, Thanks. It spoke to me.

Pandave, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Fede, Unfortunately we often act against common sense in matters pertaining to the heart. But that really is an unfortunate story. I hate to hear about one using another for selfish reasons. It's too bad it happens so often.

Whew...I thought you said 'abstinence' and that the quote came from the Pope or something but then I read it correctly. Nice photo!

VE, Yep, that would have been a tough one. Think you need to keep that appointment with the optometrist.
